I. General regulation:

PINACO applies its nationwide warranty policy as follows: the customers buying batteries in a place will have their warranty-related problems resolved by PINACO’s battery agents, product introduction showroom and shops, warranty centers and official subsidiaries throughout the country. 

II. Use-by-date: 

Use-by-date is the time that PINACO is no longer responsible for receiving and resolving any warranty for its battery products. Use by the date as printed under the bottom of batteries, battery blisters, battery boxes or tanks.

III. Warranty conditions: 

It is necessary for the products to have enough following conditions:

  • From original manufacturer
  • Intactness
  • Package integrity 
  • Still in valid time of use

IV. Conditions for change: 

The products must have all conditions mentioned above and are damaged by production process such as leakage of liquid, peeling of external battery cover.

V. Cases of no exchange for new one: The products are in the following cases:  

  • Not enough exchange conditions mentioned above 
  • Being damaged, rusted, burnt, exploded… by natural disasters, flood, fire, highly wet or temperature storage… 
  • Being deformed by external impacts or having signs of prying and peeling battery cover…

These regulations, which are the basis for resolving warranty for battery products manufactured by PINACO, are applied from the date of signing and issuance until there are other alternative regulations.
